These worked for me from day ONE!
I know everyone is different, but these worked for me on the FIRST DAY! NO hot flashes! I could hug Dr. Hudson who supposedly formulated this. Only side effects so far are the jitters but that will likely wear off once my body gets used to this and I will take a few jitters over a hot flash any day!

Potential side effects
My wife bought for menopause symptoms, and it definitely stopped night sweats quickly which helped her sleep. However, after about a week, she complained about sore breasts. Apparently, Dong quai is a strong phytoestrogen which explains the soreness. Also, it increases photosensitivity which resulted in a sunburn on our trip to the beach. So while it works, beware of potential side effects.

It seems to help with my random hot flashes – but I always forget to take it. I’m actually not going through menopause yet – but noticed I started getting the flashes lately. I think it is worth a try – I can’t speak to any of the other symptoms, since I don’t have them…YET.

I did an experiment on myself not on purpose with menopause symptoms. I have been taking Vitanica Phase II for a while and ran out and I thought, well, let’s see if I can do without it. The answer would be no, LOL. That one helps with the Beeotch attitude so definitely a must. I take 3 things for menopause and never realized how well they were working until I stopped taking each one, one by one. The Smokey Mountain Dim happens to stop the hot flashes for me. The 3rd is Smokey Mountain Progesto-Life for the very raw soreness pain in the feminine area. I have no menopause symptoms with all 3 of these. I get all 3 on Amazon. I hope this helps some of you.

NATURAL DOCTOR CA sent an expired bottle of supplements! Product is great!I started using Women’s Phase II because a friend recommended it. My first two bottles were great! My hot flashes and night sweats stopped almost immediately, then all of a sudden they returned! I couldn’t figure out why, then I realized I had started a new bottle! So is the distributor unreliable or is it an unreliable manufacturer?! When it worked it was fabulous, but it’s rather expensive and hugely annoying to be playing hit or mix with menopausal supplements!! UPDATE: I wrote to Vitanica inquiring about this and they were prompt and very thorough with their reply. (Great customer service from Vitanica) They asked for the lot number, to investigate further, and it was then that I noticed the distributor NATURAL DOCTOR CA sent an expired bottle of supplements! It was expired by four months! I will be returning this bottle and seeking another distributor or I’ll order directly from the company itself.
