This is a very small, mini portable humidifier, approximately 2.75 inches in diameter and 5 inches tall — about the size of a small water bottle. Exact dimensions are shown in the product images and specifications.Mist output is designed for close-range personal spaces only (desks or bedside use) and is NOT intended for whole-room humidification.The humidifier has two mist modes: Continuous Mist and Intermittent Mist. In Intermittent Mist mode, the mist automatically cycles on and off, which is normal operation, not a defect.This product is a humidifier only — NOT an aroma diffuser.Use water only (clean tap water or bottled water). Do NOT use distilled or deionized water, as low-mineral water may result in very weak mist or mist forming into water droplets.Press-Fit Lid Design — align and press to close. NO twisting required. Twisting may stretch or loosen the rubber seal and affect fit.Do NOT add essential oils. Oils will clog the mist outlet and cotton wick, resulting in little or no mist output.Due to storage and shipping time, the battery may arrive partially discharged; fully charge before first use to ensure normal operation.Long-term plug-in use is not recommended; when the battery is very low, the unit may operate only briefly while plugged in.

Why does the device stop working after a few uses?

Use clean tap or mineral water and ensure the cotton swab is installed correctly. Do not use purified, distilled water or liquids like perfume or oil. These may cause no mist, less mist, or damage.

Battery won’t charge, can’t turn on, or no mist? What to do?

To protect battery health, charging only works when powered off. Use a 5V/2A adapter—low current may affect charging. When turning on, ensure the water tank has water and the cotton wick is fully soaked; no water means no mist.

The mist is weaker than shown in the video or stops after a few seconds. What should I do?

Check water level and ensure the cotton swab is fully soaked and properly installed. Use tap or mineral water. If unused for long, re-soak the cotton swab. For more tips, please see Q&A1 and Q&A2.

Is this product suitable for overnight or large-room use?

This mini humidifier is specially designed for small, personal spaces such as desks, bedrooms, or cars. With its compact water tank and limited runtime, it’s ideal for short-term use rather than continuous overnight or large-room humidification.

The device operates almost silently (around 18–28 dB), making it perfect for desks or nightstands. It’s a fanless ultrasonic humidifier. If you notice unusual noise, try reinstalling or changing the water.
