A lot of trackers throw numbers at you, but this one actually gives info I can use. The heart rate view updates throughout the day, and it’s been steady for walks, errands, and workouts. I’ve also been checking the sleep tracking, and it lines up pretty well with how I feel in the morning. When I wake up groggy, the app usually shows a rough night, which makes it feel less random.
I like that it doesn’t try to be “smart” in an annoying way. It just collects the data, then the app lays it out clearly. The blood oxygen and body temperature tracking are a nice bonus too, especially when I’m trying to pay attention to recovery. Overall, it feels like a practical health snapshot instead of a bunch of flashy features I’ll never open again.
