This is expensive and is worth it.
This device works -t does what it says it does. Big Hint: you must use their liquid products WITH THE ELECTRONIC DEVICE. Their products. Not anything else with the electronic device. You will get noticeable results right away. So it is worth using the whole program.

Quality device and beautiful skin!
There are a lot of beauty treatments out there, but if you want one that really makes a long term difference – then this is a good choice. A good friend of mine has used this for many years – she is in her 50’s and her face looks amazing. This is her go-to device. I have tried it a few times and finally purchased one of my own. It is nice quality, and has a nice massage feeling rolling over your face. You need to use the gel that is included for best results. While I like that it is FDA-cleared versus other beauty devices being sold. I also love that the company has been around a long time – since 2005. This is a device that you will see a difference the first time you try it – something very rare to find. Try it on one side of your face first – you will see that side is visibly lifted. That being said, the best results will come from consistent use. The great thing about this device is it’s fast and easy to use, only really need a few minutes per day/week.Highly recommend!

Stopped working after just 5 months, awful customer service
I purchased this for my wife for Christmas and she was so excited! She was using it 3-5x per week and there were no issues until it suddenly stopped working. One day it just stopped turning on. When she presses the power button the lights flash and it vibrates twice then nothing happens. We’ve tried resetting it, leaving it on the charger, leaving it off the charger, and everything else we could find on their support page.The worst part is, when we contacted the seller to try to get a replacement they just told us that it’s Amazons problem now because they fulfilled the order, and since it’s past the return window there’s nothing that can be done. No offer to help troubleshoot the issue or anything else. We are obviously very disappointed and could have been long-term customers, but now we will be recommending friends stay away from this product.

So Far So Good: But, Some Issues
So far so good with this product. It’s too soon to say about results.Surprisingly positive: The gel and lotion that come with the bundle are scent-free. This is way ahead of many in the industry because it means more people can use what comes free with the device since scented products exclude many users. Also, of course, we wouldn’t wnat to push toxins deep into the skin (if one is knowledgeable about fragrances which they apparently are in this choice).The App: The app is overall good so far. But, I haven’t used all of the options. In the high forehead option though, the app stalled, asking me over and over to change attachments which I had done. There was no way to tell the app to skip that step and so no way to move on. You have to just exit out of the program and start over.Needs Improvement: There was a bump in the road at first. The Amazon description at the time I purchased did not clearly state that for the Trinity Plus, the regular Trinity attachments do NOT work. You have to get attachments that state Trinity Plus Only.Good Customer Service: The seller did allow me to return my Trinity attachment promptly and sent me the link for the correct Trinity Plus attachment. But, they need to make the descriptions on products clearer in this regard. I have not yet received the refund for the attachment, but I assume that will come promptly once received.

Excellent device for face & neck-easy to use!
I am obsessed with my NuFace Trinity+, it is now part of my nightly routine. The device is simple to use & the activator gel feels SO good on your skin! I recommend downloading the APP first so you can read everything before starting to use, the videos are excellent. For my first session, I used the medium setting on my device & the microcurrent was perfect for my neck & facial area! After the first session, my skin already felt tighter & soft…I couldn’t wait to try again…SAME results…skin feels SO good! I am so mad at myself that I didn’t order the set with the other accessories, but that is my next purchase…lip & eye accessories!

Cheaper, stronger brands out there but works great. Worth every penny!
This thing works wonders. Definitely makes a noticeable difference!!! It is pretty expensive though. This one doesn’t come with both head. Look into other micro current facial machines. The cheaper ones with too tools or wands or whatever, they’re stronger than this. I didn’t know that until after I bought this but honestly, I don’t really care this thing is still amazing!

I bought it at the end of January and used it four times throughout February. Now it’s the beginning of March, and it’s already not charging. Three lights stay on constantly, and it keeps vibrating.I asked ChatGPT what might have happened. It’s possible that the internal board burned out or that there’s some kind of charging issue. I honestly have no idea what to do — whether to take it in for repair or send it back.This is the first time I’ve dealt with something like this. I paid quite a lot of money for it.

No soy un experto en microcorrientes pero tengo ya casi 7 años con este tipo de dispositivos.Hablando de diseño se agradece que sea más pequeño y sinceramente si se siente al tacto mil veces más premium que su antecesor. El único problema es el cabezal, ya que no se si se golpeó en la maleta cuando viajaba o creo que le salieron unos puntos que desconozco si es óxido o que es. La batería tiene muy buena duración es cosa que también me gustoNuface prometió que cada 6 meses estaría actualizado sus tratamientos e iría innovando, por eso no lo compré. La app la adquirí de puro chiripon o suerte puesto que ya la quitaron de México. Hablé con Nuface y según pronto la pondrían ya pasaron casi un año y es hora que no está disponible.La app si se ha actualizado pero están sacando tratamientos de equipos que no usan Bluetooth… Osea para este dispositivo no han sacado nada nuevo…Ten en cuenta que los cabezales adicionales cuestan un webo y parte del toro y los geles de la marca están excesivamente caros. Yo me compro mi litro de gel conductor y me dura todo el año. Ya probé los dos geles conductores el gel y la silk cream y la neta, no son la gran cosa.Sinceramente me gustó pero la marca deja mucho que desear con sus precios y con la app que no está disponible en México. Tengo dos meses que compre el ziip halo y la vdd es un aparato y multiples tratamientos sin necesidad de cabezales.
